Since forming in mid 2003, 2TA has had the pleasure of working on the following projects:-

Chocolate Counter The Secret Chocolate Shop Leigh-on-Sea Essex	Working directly with the Client to design and supply a chocolate display counter. Including spray lacquered base and bonded toughened glass display.
Hulk Installation Structural Works Mme Tussauds London	Having been instrument in the design of Mme Tussauds "Hot Spot" enclosure, 2TA was employed directly by Mme Tussauds to design, source and manage the structural modifications necessary for their "Hulk" installation.
Bar Wolfson College Cambridge	Working for Bowller Group Ltd - Interiors division, 2TA surveyed, detailed, set out, managed and installed a curved bar complete with back fittings.
Dental Surgery Refurbishment Hockley Dental Surgery Hockley Essex	Working directly with the Client to design, source and implement the complete refurbishment of the Surgery, reception and office areas including:- Counter Decoration Ceiling Lighting Feature Lighting Flooring Full Height Glass Partitions Glass block walls Feature Radiators
Coach House Conversion Freckenham Manor Freckenham Sufolk	Working for Bowller Group Ltd - Interiors division 2TA surveyed, detailed, set out and managed the conversion of an 18th Century coach house to provide a spacious first floor flat for the Manor house keeper.
Office Refurbishment Enterprise Rent-a-Car Norwich Norfolk	Working for Bowller Group Ltd - Interiors division, 2TA provided on site management for the complete fitting out of Enterprise Rent-a-Car offices and showroom in Norwich. Services provided by 2TA also included the sourcing and purchase of significant material elements for the project.
Office Refurbishment Cambridge County Council Mount Pleasant Cambridge	Working for Bowller Group Ltd - Interiors division, 2TA provided on site management for the complete re-fit of the first floor offices of Cambridge County Council Mass Transit Division.
Disco Enclosure Wolfson College Cambridge	Working for Bowller Group Ltd - Interiors division 2TA surveyed, detailed, set out, managed and installed a disco station inclusive of vinyl padded enclosure hiding the unit away when not in use.
Hulk Removal Structural Works Mme Tussauds London	Following the "Hulk" installation 2TA was again employed to manage the reinstatement of the Hot Spot enclosure for the Johnny Wilkinson exhibit. This included replacing themed damaged ceilings and columns and reinstalling the structural steelwork previously removed to allow clearance for Hulk
Cafe Refurbishment Mme Tussauds London	2TA was employed directly by Mme Tussauds to develop the design studios brief, provide details and manage the refurbishment of their exit cafe. Due to the location of this facility all works were undertaken outside normal opening hours.
Spiderman Shop & Themeing Mme Tussauds London	2TA was employed directly by Mme Tussauds to develop the design studios brief, provide details and manage the refurbishment of their retail area and themeing elements relative to the Spiderman exhibit.
Information Desk Mme Tussauds London	2TA designed, detailed and executed the revision and extension of Tussauds VIP entrance information desk. Works also included the sourcing of discontinued laminates to match the existing fittings.
Maintenance Workshop Freshfield Bruckhause Deringer Fleet Street London	Design, management and implementation of the refurbishment of Freshfields maintenance workshop. Including, lighting, extension of electrical services, sourcing and installation of machines, extraction system and benches and storage.
M&S Bakeries 2005 Marks & Spencer Watford Newcastle Milton Keynes Birmingham Kensington	2TA was commissioned by TAG Retail to undertake the project management of their in store bakery installations. Works included site surveys; development of layout and service drawings; component design development; liaison with Principal Contractors and Clients representatives; production of Risk Assessments, Method Statements and O&M Manuals; programming and supervision of site installations. In addition to the installation of fixtures and fittings this also included a cold room, plumbing, electrical and refrigeration installations on all sites.
Music Shop Music Room Nottingham	2TA was commissioned by TAG Retail to undertake the project management of the fit out of a bare shell shopping centre unit. Works included site surveys; development of layout and service drawings; cost control; component design development; liaison with Shopping Centre and Client; production of Risk Assessments, Method Statements and O&M Manuals; programming and supervision of site installations. To further speed the installation 2TA Ltd provided many of the supplementary materials at a turn key package.
High Street Bakery Mathiesons Cow Wynd Falkirk	2TA was commissioned by TAG Retail to undertake the project management of the fit out of an old two storey high street shop. Works included site surveys; development of layout and service drawings; cost control; component design development; liaison with Local Authorities and Client; production of Risk Assessments, Method Statements and O&M Manuals; programming and supervision of site installations. To further speed the installation 2TA Ltd provided many of the supplementary materials at a turn key package.
Oak Glazed Screens St Andrews Church Rochford Essex	2TA was nominated by the project Architect to supply and install 2 Nº glazed oak screens within existing archways together with an oak external door. 2TA worked with the Architect in finalising the design of the screen, and door, and provided computer generated 3D images to assist in submissions to Local Authorities and English Heritage. The screen employed unbalanced double glazed units to assist in sound attenuation and featured acoustic seals throughout Installation was particularly challenging due to the height and weight of the screens.
Cafe Outlet Mathiesons The Gyle Edinburgh	2TA was commissioned by TAG Retail to undertake the project management of the refit of shopping centre food outlet Works included site surveys; development of layout and service drawings; cost control; component design development; liaison with Centre Management and Client; production of Risk Assessments, Method Statements and O&M Manuals; programming and supervision of site installations. To further speed the installation 2TA Ltd provided many of the supplementary materials at a turn key package.
M&S Bakeries 2006 Marks & Spencer Croydon Bluewater Cribbs Causeway Reading Lisburn Dublin Handforth	Following the success of the 2005 installations 2TA was again commissioned by TAG Retail to undertake the project management of their 2006 in store bakery installations. While the design had been refined the spread of the sites (including two locations in Ireland) maintained a challenge for the Team.
Domestic Extension Hockley Essex	2TA Ltd undertook the full project, from production of drawings for approval through to internal finishes. The project included the demolition of an existing garage and provision of a new enlarged garage with office space above. Planning approval proved particularly challenging, ultimately requiring three submissions prior to obtaining acceptance. Extensive use of CAD 3D Imaging ensured optimum use of internal space.
M&S Cafe Revive Marks & Spencer Bury St Edmunds & Enfield	2TA was commissioned by TAG Retail to undertake the project management of two Cafe Revive installations. Works were in the same vein as the M&S Bakeries although encompassing larger areas and including decoration works in addition to the installation of fittings, equipment and services. In addition to Bury St Edmunds & Enfield 2TA also provided the O&M Manuals for Bluewater
Cheese Shop The Teddington Cheese Richmond	2TA is providing a turn key fit out for The Tedding Cheese Company converting a bare shell shop unit into a new specialist Cheese shop. In addition to services, decorations and fittings the unit also requires a new Cold Room, air conditioning and refrigeration services Significant time has been spent in ensuring the design is exactly as the Client requires and full CAD 3D modelling has proved invaluable in this respect.
